PRINT RETOUCHING RATES
Standard enhancement is provided free of charge in the print price and includes colour correcting, cropping, resizing, tonal enhancements and, especially for horses, removal of flies.
Retouching is at extra cost and includes removal of minor blemishes, shadow reduction, complex tonal and colour adjustments, minor background removals and removal of lead ropes.
Retouching costs $10 - 100, depending on complexity of the job. This cost is only applied to the first print should you require multiple copies. The prints you may have seen on display at shows and events have been fully retouched for the finest result.
Commonest retouch items, such as removal of lead rope or skin blemishes, fall into the $10 -30 category.

PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION RATES - ANIMALS AND HUMANS

There are of three portrait session types:
Horse and Animal Portrait - Private Session is $200 for a minimum two hour session plus travel costs at $30 per hour (first and last travel hour free). A complimentary 9 x 12 inch print is included, all other prints extra. For private sessions we recommend a gathering of horse owners to share the cost. We are happy to discuss options, obligation-free.
Horse Show Session 'by request' - Horse and Animal Portraits where we do photos by requeast, in or out of the ring and where, at select shows, we do classic portraits utilizing our unique backdrop. Cost of sessions depends on time spent: $10-50 per animal. Prints are extra cost.
Family and General Portrait Session is $110 per hour, minimum booking one hour, plus travel at $30 per hour. A complimentary 8 x 12 inch print is included, all other prints extra.
All session fees must be paid on the day.

INFORMATION RE. PRINT TYPES AND CDs
Our standard print price is for a matt finish. For any of the following you need to contact us.
- gloss finish is available at $2 extra per print, available only up to a 12 x 18 inch (30 x 45 cm).
- a 'metallic' paper (a paper which emulates silver halide prints) is available at a 20% extra per print.
- printing on fine art papers and canvas is available on application.
- CD with JPEG images - please contact us for details.
- a CD of copies of this site's online proof prints is also available for your ongoing reference. The resolution is low and unprintable. Add $2 to the cost of a CD if a DVD is required. You need to contact us to arrange.
