• print images purchased for personal use means a person may not make digital copies of the print but if the image is supplied electronically - i.e. on a CD or by email - then the image may be shared among family and friends

• for personal sale ads of horses in magazines such as ‘Horse deals’, a digital file will be forwarded directly to the publisher by Annie Beach Photography (this usage right does not extend to commercial enterprises unless specifically agreed in writing)

• CD images can be supplied for professional print reproduction uses other than For Sale ads  - contact us for details

• email images for personal use for email will be supplied at 400 pixels wide 72 ppi

• depending on workload, proofs may not be uploaded onto website for up to 2-3 weeks after the photography session

• there is a 60 day time limit on the display of portrait website proofs and 120 days for event proofs but we will keep proofs on offline file for a year following their removal from online

• allow 30 days from our receipt of your order and cheque clearance (if applicable) for delivery, 60 days in peak show season

• photographer cannot be responsible for failure in capturing an ideal photograph if an animal’s behaviour prevents it

• a horse/animal owner accepts that at shows and events, an unsettled animal combined with limited session times may result in capturing only one pose

• if inclement weather, which includes wind speed and hot temperatures, causes the cancellation of a photography session and the session cannot be rescheduled, deposit will be refunded

• satisfaction guaranteed - money refunded if print is not an acceptable high standard and if print is damaged in post, we replace it
